“Let your dream fly”
My cake art story board started with a chapter of being a flight attendant. Just like most girls, getting a job that flying you around the world could added so many colors to the story. But yet, colorful chapters aren’t enough to a wonderful story. So, I decided to add some tastes, during my journey of a flight attendant, I grabbed every flying opportunity to learn cake design skillets from one of the famous cake masters “Eddie Spence MBE” in UK.
2years later in 2010, a new chapter began and my dream started to fly with me that my own business “Moei Sugar Art” began to take off. During all these chapters, I’m so lucky that I am fighting for the things that I love and enjoy, fighting to enrich my portfolio and acquire profound skills.
Cake International Award…
In 2016, I had one chance of a lifetime to demonstrate my years of efforts and my ability. I won the 2016 Cake International Gold Award! This told me proudly that I’m on the right track and it’s the route that I should keep focusing on.
From years between 2016 – 2017, I have stretched my wings to open a shop in Taiwan and in the meantime, echoes from clients asking for tutorial classes were running in my ears. So I decided to start sharing my years of experiences and comprehension in cake art and design with my clients and students worldwide. I never thought that be a mentor could be that satisfied and surprised, all the times that we had and to see the cake art they accomplished brought me beyond my own world of sweet.
